By opting into Stridewell's SMS subscription service, you are consenting to receive recurring messages from Stridewell. Message frequency varies, and message/data rates may apply. You can expect to receive messages like: automated appointment confirmation messages, correspondence from our schedulers answering your questions or helping you schedule an appointment, and occasional messages about promotions or available offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To cancel, text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again or reply with the word "START".

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any information we collect from you using SMS text messages will be used solely for health care-related services and other lawful purposes (including your treatment, payment, and our health care operations). We will not share or disclose any of your personal data for marketing purposes or with third parties or affiliates except in accordance with state and federal laws, including but not limited to the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
